Contact: [email protected]. Poshie is a photo app for Android, intended for adults 18+. A signed-in account is required for photo features; Help and legal information remain available beforehand. This website describes its current state. Sign-in does not promise permanent feature availability. Cloud AI and purchases are currently closed.

Permitted use

You may use the app for its intended personal photo workflows. Use only photos and content for which you have the necessary rights and permission. Do not upload minors, unlawful intimate content, deceptive identity misuse or other unlawful material. Do not bypass security, account, consent or usage controls.

Protect your account and report suspected misuse. Google sign-in is an identity function, not permission to access anyone else’s data. The limited permission to use the app does not transfer rights in its name, software or supplied illustrations. You retain your rights in your own photos.

Photos & results

Local templates arrange selected photos on your device. They are not AI results. Example images depict fictional adults and a creative direction. They do not guarantee likeness, quality, speed or the availability of a future AI output.

If a cloud feature becomes available, the selected inputs and specific request must be shown and confirmed before processing. Review each result before using or sharing it. Saving in the app, exporting to your photo library and sharing are separate actions. Keep your own copies of files you need; device loss or removing the app may remove local work.

Purchases, credits & subscriptions

This website sells nothing. The current app version does not provide available checkout. Any future store purchase must show the actual price, billing interval, included credits and terms before purchase. Unlimited creation or immediate AI delivery is not promised.

Where store subscriptions are later offered, billing, renewal and cancellation follow the confirmed store offer and mandatory law. Cancel through the relevant store. Removing the app or deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Purchase reconciliation and credit grants depend on confirmed store records and server verification. Statutory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Ending use & removing data

You may stop using the app and request account and data deletion. Account deletion and local photo removal are separate. Exported or shared copies must be removed from their respective destinations. The privacy notice explains limited security and payment records that may remain.

Availability, help & statutory rights

App features may contain errors, change or be temporarily unavailable. Report problems through the contact page; no fixed support response time is promised. This does not exclude statutory defect remedies, consumer protections or other mandatory rights, and creates no legally impermissible limitation of liability.

A public purchase release requires complete store, consumer and applicable withdrawal information within its actual purchase flow. These app details do not replace it. External stores and services operate under their own terms; naming them does not imply endorsement or partnership.
